Milan, 7 May 2019 – CT&P Capone | Ticozzi | Partners, represented by partner Mario Mirarchi, assisted the Alfa Laval group with the sale of its Air division, which manufactures and sells industrial and commercial air-cooled heat exchangers.
CT&P Capone | Ticozzi | Partners primarily handled the tax-related aspects of the transaction, as well as corporate operations to prepare for and associated with the sale of the division to the Lu-Ve Group for EUR 67.1 million. The acquisition places the Lu-Ve Group, with registered offices in the Varese province, among the world’s three biggest operators in the sector.
Team members with various expertise were involved in the transaction. Firm partner Mario Mirarchi and associate Simona Santagada handled the tax-related aspects and general planning of the operation, while partner Massimiliano Roveda managed particular valuation-related aspects.
