Our professional team, always led by a Partner, maintains close contact with the Client over the entire duration of the services rendered, providing appropriate and constructive solutions to any problem which may arise and identifying all various alternatives available and related implications.

Several professionals of the Firm hold positions on Boards of Statutory Auditors, Boards of Directors and Supervisory Boards of medium-sized and large companies, also listed on the Italian Stock Exchange or belonging to groups listed on international markets; besides, positions as liquidators and tax representatives in Italy for foreign companies are also held.

Services rendered are billed in accordance with international parameters, usually on the basis of the time spent on the assignment and taking into account rates provided by professional rules and regulations.
