History of the Firm

The Firm was established in 1975, a union of the professional experience of the two founding partners, Franco Caramanti, at the time tax partner of Deloitte Haskins and Sells, with a previous ten-year experience at Price Waterhouse, and Carlo Ticozzi Valerio, who was then working with a leading professional firm in Milan after having started his career at Deloitte.

The joint national and international expertise of the two founding partners together with the ability and specialization of the other Partners and Associates, aggregated over the years and always selected from the most qualified on the market, has resulted in a gradual and constant increase of both national and international Clients, up to formalization of the Firm’s Partnership at the end of the 1980s, the later development of which led to the present structure which operates under the name Studio Associato Caramanti Ticozzi & Partners.

The Firm has constantly developed over the years, providing its Clients with a wide range of tailored professional services in fiscal, corporate and accounting areas, both on a National and International level, thanks to professionals of high standing who complement each other with their several qualifications and expertises.
