HYBRID WORK: A RESOURCE FOR PROFESSIONAL FIRMS

One piece of data we have had to deal with from 2020 onwards is a decided change of mentality regarding our approach to work. More and more people who were initially forced to work from home, and then had the opportunity to continue working remotely, are now struggling to return to the traditional paradigm that demands their presence in the office five days a week, and are looking for hybrid forms of work that allow for more flexible time management.

What we have witnessed since 2020 is a change in working habits, including in professional services firms, to try to meet the needs of consultants and staff. These new habits, which in some cases have resulted in new policies, are oriented towards a mix of in-office and remote work which, in many cases, makes for a win-win situation for all concerned.
